Here is a 1890 edition of Battle Fields and Camp Fires  by Willis J. Abbot from 1890.
The gold on the spine and cover is intact with a few scuffs.
The plates are clean and crisp and I detect no mold or water damage. See photos for condition.
The cover looks like a 7/10 and the pages are a 9/10 in my opinion.
I do my best but the rating is subjective. The older the book the more the rating is based on the age.
A 9/10 for a 3 year old book means it looks almost new, a 9/10 for a 100 year old book means that you will be hard pressed to find another that old in that condition. Please refer to the pictures and ask questions as I do not accept returns. I am an honest EBayer and want everyone to be happy.
