  • Condition: Brown cloth boards with gold design on front cover with gold lettering on spine. Top and bottom of spine show some wear. Corners are firm with bottom corners showing some rubbing through material. There is a personal library paste down and previous owners name and date on inside front cover and second end page. Both hinges are good and binding is solid. Spine has a small amount of play in it. A very small amount (very little)of foxing throughout. All steel engraved portraits have tissues and are relatively clean. Front end page missing tip of corner. Found another 2 pages 611 and 615 missing tip of page corners. Very Nice Solid Copy ! One of the better copies that I have seen ! From my personal collection. I've had this book for over 10 years.
