Cosmetic Condition
The reel cleaner is in fair cosmetic condition. It has scuff marks, scratches, and general wear from use.
Please see the photos for more detail.
The listing does not include the reel attachment,  spray hose, blow dry hose, and some of the other hose attachments. There may be other components that are missing which we have missed. Only that which is shown in the photos is included.

Testing
We tested the machine by plugging it in and powering it on. It powers on, and we could hear the soft buzz of the machine running. We switched on the vacuum and its motors started working. The vacuum had strong suction.
Switching on the sprayer pump, we could hear the motor inside start. However, we were unable to detect water coming out of the sprayer port. Without a sprayer/wand to attach to it, we pressed in the tip of the nozzle. No water came out while the pump was running. We believe this is not normal, and the unit may need repair to restore function.

We will add for palletizing the item.
This fee includes strapping the item to a skid, wrapping with stretch wrap, cardboard, and bubble wrap when needed.
