In order to return an item, you must contact us to request an Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). No return package will be accepted without a valid RMA number. All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box. There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of the sale date for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are not refundable, including actual shipping costs that are part of a Free Shipping promotion. The item must be in factory-new condition complete with all of the original packaging, manuals and other provided accessories.
For any items that are received defective or damaged, TruckerAnything will replace the product at no charge to you once the item is returned. If you need the replacement right away, we can set up an Advance Replacement. This will require you to temporarily purchase a new item and we will refund as soon as the defective item arrives back to us.

There are two ways you'll be able to retrieve your tracking information. You will receive an email shipping confirmation once your item has shipped with your tracking information.
