Floor Scrubber Cleaner Machine Wrangler 2016DB

Description

This machine has various scrapes and scratches, also will need new batteries at a minimum. The solution tank seems to only fill up half way before it starts to let solution into the battery compartment.
The transmission does work, the suction motor turns on, and the scrubber motor turns on, but none of them work together currently, due to needing new batteries.
Sold as is, the issues stated are the ones I've discovered. Although I've checked, doesn't mean they are the only issues.
