Part One Only, 1879, 560 + 30 pages.  Marbled edges, partially leather bound but binding damaged, front board not present, text block intact.  Library of Congress, apparently a gift from the McCook family.  Anson McCook submitted a view of the minority for the House Committee on Military Affairs in 1880, which is included in this volume.  McCook was one of the “Fighting McCooks” of the Civil War.  No. 140.
