HERBERT- SECRETARY OF THE NAVY- by LIEUT. COMMANDER RICHARD RUSH- and MR. ROBERT WOODS----------published by the GOVERMENT PRINTING OFFICE- 1894- 1914---------this was owned by CHARLES J. HUGHES, JR.- (a U.S. SENATOR from COLORADO)- with his ownership inscription on the inside front cover in volumes- 1-15 (lacking volume 8 )- hard covers------there are minor chips to a few spines- some minor edge wear to the bindings- a few bumps to the bindings- and some pages- there are some minor internal blemishes and wear- a few edge tears to a few pages (the most notable is a small piece torn out of the top of the frontispiece in volume 1 (not affecting the illustration)- otherwise this is a nice clean set in very good to better conditions-----------FREE U.S. SHIPPING
