Benjamin H. Lane served in the 149
th
PA Bucktail Regiment and after the war became a Baptist Minister and Common School Teacher. He lived in numerous states, from PA, to Rhode Island (where he was a common School Teacher) to New Hampshire to Maine to Massachusetts where he died. His wife Jennie T. Lane received a pension on October 14, 1897 for Benjamin being an invalid. Filed from New Hampshire. She received a widow pension on April 13, 1916, filed from Massachusetts.
