Boy's Water Shoe Kids Size 11-12. These are new with tags. These can be worn inside or out. They close with velcro.

Returns will be permitted in certain cases. If items arrive broken or "not as described" due to any fault of my own, then I will gladly refund your money. However, if a buyer fails to read the entire description where something is clearly stated (defects or abnormalities) then it is the fault of the buyer and a refund will not be given. Buyer pays return postage and must ship the item back in the same manner they received it prior to receiving a refund.
