The Struggle for the Bliss Farm at Gettysburg, July 2nd and 3rd 1863.  Over a Wide, Hot...Crimson Plain.  By Elwood Christ.  Red cloth hardcover, not issued with dj, pub. 1992 by Butternut and Blue, stated as first edition, limited to 750 copies, 220 pages.  Like new condition, bought new and has been on my bookshelf of over 20 years. The farm was located just outside Gettysburg and was fought over by both Union and Confederate units.  Some of the units involved were the 4th and 8th Ohio, 14th Connecticut, 12th New Jersey, 1st Delaware and 108th, 39th, 111th, 125th and 126th New York.  Confederate units included 12th, 16th, 19th and 48th Mississippi and 12th, 16th, 41st and 61st Virginia.   Includes a list of soldiers killed or wounded at the farm during the battle, photographs of the area and some of the participants.  Scarce Civil War book.  Shipping weight over 1 pound.
