    made in Austria..
    Today, as in the past, every individual flower petal is painted on porcelain with exact brush strokes and fine shadings with a quill. Even the small roses on the lid needs several phases of painting to reach the perfect result decorate this large, double handle - covered dish .. Painted scattered pink flowers with greenery decorate the exterior of the dish and lid - applied pink roses along with the cute, blond hair putti figure on the lid with a basket of fruit.... Green trim edging on the tureen, handles and lid..
    Approximate measurements are: 13.75 inches from handle to handle by 8.5 inches width - 9 inches by 6.5 inches tureen opening..

    Light signs of previous ownership and the possibility of being used needs to be taken into consideration - a clean example - free of chips, nicks, fleabites, restorations, crazing or surface markings to the glaze on the tureen - the top figural along with the basket of fruit and roses are mint! I see a tip of one flower petal broken off
