Purple/Green Man - Plush Alphabet VTG Hotch Potch Doll - Colonial Williamsburg (1996)

Pre-Owned - Very Good Condition
The material is soft and fuzzy and the hotch potch doll is very squeezable. There are no rips, tears, or stains. This plush toy has been cleaned and sanitized.
This plush doll is based on the famous 1782 print "The Comical Hotch-Potch of the Alphabet turn'd Posture-Master," a learning tool for children. It shows jovial "Hotchpotch" characters contorting themselves (quite instructively, we might add) into the letters of the alphabet. As was typical at the time, J and U are omitted - most people used I and V instead.

Payment can be made through PayPal and is expected within 48 hours of auction ending. If the item was bought with the “Buy it Now” option, payment is expected at time of purchase.
Shipping
We use USPS First Class, Parcel Post, or Priority Mail when available. For heavier items we use FedEx or UPS.  We make every effort to ship within 1-2 days of cleared payment and take extra care to package items appropriately. We are happy to combine shipping on a multi-item purchase. If bidding on an auction, we ask that you request a final invoice before paying. If purchasing multiple buy it now auctions, please add your items to your shopping cart and request a total amount from us.

Return Policy
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. All items must be returned in the exact condition they were shipped in. All tags, dust covers, booklets and whatever else was included in your shipment must be returned with the item. We do not take returns of brand-new, manufacturer sealed items that have been opened.
In the event your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and let us know of the problem. We will work with you to return the item for a full refund.
