A highly partisan work that exaggerates the horrors of Richmond prisons and the comforts of the Northern ones. Tan soft wrappers with black lettering on front. Engravings depicting emaciated men at front.
    Measures 6" x 9" and contains 283 pages.
    Chipping and material loss to edges of paper wraps front and back. Spine darkened.  Interior pages good, text sharp and clean.
