11" Royal Vienna Style Fragonard Love Story Courting Couples Plate Red Gold Gilt

This
vintage porcelain plate has beautiful courting couple scenes, wine red background, and ornate gold detailing
. It measures 11 1/8
" across, and is signed Fragonard below the couple in the center of the plate
. Despite my attempt to research, I have not been able to find this mark to positively identify the maker. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It is in good condition overall. I did find 2 tiny dots of color missing in the red area, and a scuff on the back side just above the sheild mark ... See photos. No other issues seen. Shipping is based on 3 pounds packed weight.
I am not an expert, so please ask any questions you may have prior to bidding (preferably before the last day of the listing as I am not always at the computer).
